Beautiful Manoire, full of character and period features including a square tower, steeped in history, dating back to the Fourteenth Century.

The 6 bedroom property is set in almost 10 acres of land and has been cherished for the last 40 years by the same family who have tried to keep as many of the original features as possible, including a 'defence' at the entrance to deter unwelcome guests.
The substantial and comfortable family home comes with living space of almost 200m2 including a modern fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
In addition, there is an independent guest house with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, perfect for visiting family, guests or to provide an income (possible gite - subject to necessary permissions).

The large barn with a rare porch feature and stables have a prominent place in the courtyard, and the majority of the land is to the rear, providing tranquil and private surroundings.
Opposite the manoire is another plot which touches a small stream and has a beautiful ancient and useable bread oven.

Located in the heart of the Brenne National Park, and within easy distance to Le Blanc and La Roche Posay.
