Unique opportunity to acquire a beautifully renovated historical Chateau nestling in nearly 12 acres of glorious land with vineyard, gardens and outbuildings, located near all amenities in Macau.

This fabulous 18th-Century property is only 22 km from the centre of Bordeaux and within walking distance of two villages with restaurants, cafes, and shops.

The property's small vineyard currently produces around 2,500 bottles of its own wine each year.

The chateau itself offers 4 bedrooms, including 3 on the ground floor and a magnificent master suite on the first floor with its own walk in wardrobe and sumptuous bathroom.

There are also 3 further bathrooms or shower rooms, a spacious farmhouse-style kitchen, a vast living/dining room, a library, a TV living room, a large office (or bedroom) with mezzanine, and another impressive reception room with fireplace awaiting restoration.

Within the grounds are numerous outbuildings, including the former stables with their original cobblestone floor, a charming greenhouse, a superb water tower, wine cellars, a large habitable outbuilding, and three houses currently rented on a yearly basis.
