Charming and characterful manor house set in over 10 acres of parkland, full of history and original features complete with pool and guest accommodation.

With origins dating back to the Sixteenth Century, the spacious 574m2 property has undergone sympathetic restorations with some major work already completed including roof, facade, drainage and guttering system, heating, outbuildings conversion and swimming pool.

The main house has the potential to become a generous family home with four bedrooms.
Should additional space be required, the upper floor could be converted or adapted into a self-contained apartment, subject to the necessary permissions.

The adjoining guest accommodation has its own living room and small kitchen, three bedrooms plus office and a mezzanine bedroom, shower room / wc as well as office space and storage.

The property sits in attractive parkland with garden to the front as well as ample parking, the swimming pool is tucked away discreetly to a quiet corner of the rear garden next to a small storage barn and boules court.

Beyond here the land extends into ancient woods and a paddock for equestrian use.

This property has many possibilities either as a full time or part time home, lettings revenue, or maybe a bed and breakfast (subject to authorisations).

The nearby village is on the river Lot and has some local amenities including a cafe, a boulangerie and a small supermarket.
All further amenities can be found within 30 minutes in Villeneuve Sur Lot.
Bergerac airport is under an hour away.
