The Esclimont Castle is located in the commune of Auneau-Bleury-Saint-Symphorien, in the Eure-et-Loir department at the edge of Yvelines, near Rambouillet.
This elegant castle, built from the 16th century for Étienne Poncher, Archbishop of Tours, was renovated in the 19th century by its then owner, Sosthène II de La Rochefoucauld.
From 1981, the 4,000 m² building was transformed into a luxury hotel by its owner.
