Magnificent Contemporary Villa in Marseille 7th, Terrace, Pool, Sea View!

Villa of dreams in Bompard!

Born from the renovation of an old shack, this original and contemporary villa has been entirely rethought by architect Gerard Martens; it will seduce you with its volumes and spaces.

Fully renovated, it is one of the first timber-frame houses in Marseille and benefits from numerous advantages.

Access through the rounded corten steel gate allows parking for two vehicles (an SUV and a city car), and of course bicycles and/or a motorcycle.

Outside, a vegetated, private garden with automatic irrigation hosts a magnificent swimming basin and an intimate terrace, beneath which you have a large storage area.

A workshop and an independent studio are accessible below by a few steps.

The entrance to the house is enhanced by numerous custom storage units, and the ground floor offers several spaces:

- a separate toilet with hand basin
- a large laundry room
- two bedrooms
- a work area, playroom or third bedroom, as you wish

On the first floor, the living area with an equipped open-plan kitchen opens onto a large 35 m² private, planted terrace, sunny and absolutely quiet with a small sea view.

The top floor is laid out as follows:

- study space with fiber
- large bathroom with Italian shower and separate toilet
- dream dressing room
- magnificent bedroom with breathtaking sea view

Quality materials, including polished concrete, parquet, fixtures, underfloor heating, custom stairs and VIROC insulation.

What we love: the neighborhood, the calm, the view, the volumes—everything!!!!!
