Near Bonnieux, Very Beautiful Farmhouse With Pool On Over 2 Hectares Of Land

This 18th century farmhouse has been perfectly restored by the current owners.

Everything has been taken care of down to the smallest detail and the interior architectural arrangements have preserved the authenticity of the building.

Nestled on the hillside, the large 18x5 meter heated swimming pool has been set up near very beautiful trees. On the ground of more than two and a half hectares flows a source.

On more than 400m², the living rooms occupy a large part of the ground floor, many openings allow access to the outside very easily. On this level has also been installed a bedroom and its bathroom.

Upstairs, the space has been shared for five bedrooms and their individual water point, as well as an office and a second living room.

A garage, two cellars and a car park complete this set of very good standing.

Very nice amenities for this resolutely modern farmhouse.
