Lovely position, Converted mill with 8 bedrooms and pretty gardens. Income potential

Lovely position, Converted mill with 8 bedrooms and pretty gardens. Income potential Close to the historic site of Monsegur on the edge of a village, this property offers direct access to wonderful walks and cycling and is just 20k from the ski resort of Ax les thermes.

The main house offers light filled living room, chalet style kitchen with useful rear kitchen area and separate, cozy sitting room with views over the river. There is access to a large workshop which benefits from a wood burner and provides further conversion potential.

There is a ground floor bedroom with shower and separate WC.

On the first floor we find a double bedroom and mezzanine office.

This part of the house is heated by an efficient pellet burning wood burner and a woodburning insert backed up by electric heating. At the end of the building there is a large recently renovated room with small kitchen area and WC. This would make a fabulous yoga room artists studio or conference room.

On garden level there is an independent 3-bedroom apartment with kitchen and sitting room with a wood burner. This could easily be opened up to make the main house into 5 bedrooms.

There are 2 further 1 bedrooms apartments, each with independent access, kitchen and living room. They both benefit from a mezzanine area which can be used as 2nd bedrooms.

The property sits in just under a hectare of pretty grounds in which we find a lovely wooden barn.
