The Regions of France
Character property across all of France
We present character property across all of France — châteaux, manoirs, maisons de maître, hôtels particuliers, wine estates, mas and mills. Each region has its own architectural heritage, shaped by its stone, its climate and its history: Gascon half-timbering is not Norman slate, and a Provençal mas looks nothing like a Breton manoir.
The four guides below cover the South West, the region we know most intimately. Every region of France then has its own page, with the properties currently on offer; the property search covers the whole country.
